Why do you work in this field?
I was told by a family friend, who is a therapist, that I would be good as a BHT. Having mediation on my background, you learn to listen and have both sides of each party. In this field, I feel that a lot of clients need to be heard and told they’re still loved no matter what they’ve been through.

How long have you worked in this field?
I have been in this field for two years.

What do you bring to the table?
I bring to the table, tea work, creativity, and leadership, loyalty, positivity. I am an excellent listener which allows me to show concerns and empathy for clients. I am organized, confident, positive energy.

What are your ‘Super Powers’?
The ability to think outside the box, and improvise and adapt.

What do you love about yourself?
I’ve grown to love that even if I make a mistake in life I can and still will look to push myself harder. To not make the same mistakes twice. Things happen for reasons, don’t dwell on them, but learn from them.

What’s your favorite positive quote?
If at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off, get up and try again. There is no quit in me.

Humble

Positive things you like to do?
Make others around or near me feel welcomed. Help others bring out their good. Motivate other people.

What do you like best about your job?
Seeing the positive outcome for those who thought they had no hope to live.

What’s the greatest thing you ever did?
Learn to be coachable. Able to be taught. Become a parent.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
My talents are my passion that I have in everything I do, to do it to the best of my ability and always give 100%. Nothing less!

Who are your ‘mentors’?
Positive men and women placed before me, My father, my uncle – Retired 1st SGT United States Military.

What is something you think everybody deserves to have?
Everybody deserves to have someone to love them and care for them the way that they would want it done to them. Someone or something that doesn’t judge them.

How do you see yourself?
I see myself as someone who is adventurous, calm, humble. Someone who wants more and can give more. Sole motivated individual who still has a lot to learn and once I have learned to put it all together, possibly be a C.E.O of my own business someday.
